Molding and Manufacturing Process of PTFE Gaskets

4. Cooling & Annealing

The sintered component is slowly cooled following a controlled temperature curve.
This process helps relieve internal stresses, preventing deformation and enhancing dimensional stability.


5. Precision Machining

After sintering, the blanks are machined using lathes or CNC equipment into various gasket types, including:

  • Flat gaskets
  • Corrugated gaskets
  • Jacketed gaskets

Each type is tailored for specific sealing applications in chemical, petrochemical, and mechanical industries.


6. Inspection & Packaging

Finished gaskets undergo dimensional verification, density testing, and visual inspection to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Approved products are then sealed and securely packaged for shipment.
