Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Ceramic fiber blankets are lightweight, flexible, and resilient refractory insulation products made from high-purity alumina-silica fibers. Manufactured through spun or blown processes, they are mechanically needled on both sides to enhance tensile strength and handling integrity. Available in a range of densities, thicknesses, and temperature grades, ceramic fiber blankets provide excellent thermal performance in continuous and intermittent high-temperature applications up to 1430°C. They are asbestos-free and contain no binders or added constituents, ensuring clean and safe installation.
Key Features
Excellent Thermal Resistance
Continuous use at 1000–1260°C, peak up to 1400°C.
Low Thermal Conductivity & Heat Storage
Minimizes heat transfer, improving energy efficiency and process temperature control. Ensures effective insulation and energy efficiency.
High Strength & Durability
Double-needled structure provides superior toughness and resilience.
Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance
Maintains structural integrity under rapid temperature fluctuations without cracking.
Chemical Stability
Resistant to most acids, alkalis, and corrosive atmospheres.
Eco-Friendly & Safe
Asbestos-free, flexible, and easy to install.
Industry
Application
Linings for industrial furnaces, boilers, and heat treatment units.
Used in furnace roofs, door seals, and flue insulation.
Thermal protection for pipelines, turbines, and vehicles.
For fire doors, seals, and heat shields.
Used in nuclear insulation, welding protection, and high-temperature filtration media.
